Madison Matheney, PSHS student council President and daughter of Rotarian Jeff Matheney, spoke to the club about her experience at Girl’s State and Girl’s Nation. Matheney has also been active in the Drug Free Schools of America joint project between Parkersburg South and the Rotary Club of Parkersburg. She plans to attend WVU in the Fall.
