Sean O’Leary with the WV Center for Budget and Policy spoke to the Parkersburg Rotary Club on Feb. 13?about the serious budget issues facing our state. O’ Leary stated that a newly formed grassroots coalition of citizens and organizations, Protect WV (protect wv.org) was established to protect West Virginians against harmful budget cuts.
